Sorry. I was talking with a friend on MSN. She was feeling extremely amorous, and then her girlfriend finally got on the phone. I thought it was Ah My Goddess...

I only heard about it because last year, I decided to wiki some info on that one Shakespeare Play with Titania and Oberon. Whatever it was called. A comedy one.

Turns out the name of it was also an episode of the show.

Seems on Wikipedia, the episode name took priority over the Shakespearian play. >_>

A Midsummer's Night or A Midsummer's Eve or something like that.

The show sounds pretty stupid and probably isn't any good. Then again, I could have figured this out based simply on the fact that it is anime, so whatever.

It was, sort of.  That is how the original name translates.

The name was supposed to be a joke off of "Oh my god", but the original creator wrote it down wrong.  His mistake was latter corrected in the english translation.

Sadly, not everyone knows this, and many anime fanboys have been injured in arguments about the title.
