Anyway, he was leaving and gave me all his 44 tech and 1mil bucks. Bringing me up to ~9,500 NS. Then cheese announced his battle plans, and I bought 11,000 soldiers (I was at 4k with 17k citizens), and 200 tanks. Bringing me up to ~10,500 NS.

I plan to decom those tanks/soldiers tomorrow though. x_x Upkeep sucks ass

At that level, upkeep for soldiers and tanks is nothing. Keep them, they make your nation look big.
