I believe Apple is better than pumkin because it can combine with ice cream really well.

Never been much of a pumpkin fan, even at Halloween. It's ok in soup, but pales everywhere else in comparison to apple, including pie!

I'ma go ahead and say apple pie...Never was a huge fan of pumpkin pie...although it's growing on me.

Although I think we should discuss the merits of the foods in question themselves, rather than their palatability when combined with icecream...
