if I want to reroll a nation to get better starting resources... how long do they make you wait after deleting?

and if I did this I would like to be in RIA still of course I just want to set up for  abetter trade scheme

I restarted my nation a few days ago and I was bale to re-create a new nation straight away after deleting my old one. I think if your nation is less than 24 hours old then you have to wait for a day before you can get rid of it.
