I thought it was a joke when they called and said he got attacked by a gator. >_>

He came over tonight though so I have some pics of the wounds. Most of them have healed up so it doesn't look too bad. I might post them later.

I heard about the story a few days ago or whenever. I will admit that I did laugh at the golfer for jumping into the pond just for a ball. I golf a bit myself along with my dad, so I know what it's like to lose a ball.

Well, he didn't jump in. It was right on the edge of the pond and as soon as he grabbed it it latched onto his arm.

I'm not gonna lie, I'd laugh if I'd heard a gator had ate a golfer. I would've stopped when I learned it was your uncle though.

Oh, and most of the wounds have healed so these pics don't really look too bad. It was pretty gnarly right after it happened though.

well... there was a "beware of alligator" sign. then again, they have those signs everywhere and i never see any alligators. this is another reason why humans shouldnt be living in the southern part of florida (and yet i am one of them)

The sign was on the opposite side of the pond though, he never saw it. The next day the course put up a huge BEWARE OF GATOR sign that they've been showing on TV.
