Guitar!

I decided to be another douche bag, and buy a guitar thinking I'll be a cool guy with a guitar. Well I finally got it tunned decently, took minor notes to things on the internet (where you learn everything in 5 mins), and then started practicing the first few notes to a song, but the action on my guitar is so high I'm discovering that it's impossible to play this song I'd like to play and I'm wondering if this is a sign for the next step up?

This guitar is very cheap by the way, and only cost me 30 bucks.

lol, there should be a little something you can mess with at either the end of the fretboard (under) or at the top it's usually covered if it's the latter.

I play the guitar and it takes a ton of time to learn one song it toke me like 5 hours to learn one song you have to be patient and your 30$ guitar is probably a peice of shit too

It is a piece of shit, but today I grabbed it, and I feel I effortlessly played the notes. The action appears to have no adjusting things. As for practice I'm way to busy so I practice when I get up, and before I go to sleep. I hope to get message in a bottle down by the end of this year, and that's the song I'm trying to play. I leave it on my bed, and sleep with. BTW 30$ for something that's extremely hard to make - you're damn right that it's a piece of shit, but I bet it can get me laid 10% more easily so it's worth it plus I didn't potentially waste $400 like most dumbasses.

Hey mine was like 120$ and if you take enough time you gold get message in a bottle down is that your first song my first was Smoke on the water and my latest one was Mother by Danzig so you need to keep practicing and it is like 20% more laying for you trust me you play a song for them and they go wild on you.-good luck man

The stupid guitar broke! Well I guess it's better finding out that I enjoy it the cheap way than being another fucking moron with a dusty $400 guitar. I guess it'll make a great Christmas gift.

Ok, i have 3 guitars.  

One First act guitar, cost me $230, is a piece of shit.    (acoustic)

One, $30 guitar i bought in Winnipeg, it is bloody amazing    (acoustic)

One $300 electric guitar i dont technically own yet, but my grandpa is keeping for me until we see them again.    (i think itll be good)



guys, what im tryin to say is that the cost of the guitar has NOTHING to do with how good it is. My $30 guitar sounds great, much better than the one i payed over 200 for.
