I worked at Fedex as a Primary Sorter. The position takes an employee 2 - 6 months to properly become efficient at it, but anyone can do it.

In accumulation with other things this manager yelled at me like a drill sergeant in multiple waves, and that's where I decided to quit; however, they want me back. And I will be going to talk to these assholes, so I have to organize my thoughts. I'm a very radical person so this could be extremely interesting.

tell them you want a pay raise/promotion/manager fired

don't ask for anything if there willing to talk to you even after you quit so abruptly than i wouldn't push it. Also if they do want you back than that means your already in there good books so a pay raise/ promotion could be evident. How long did u work there anyway?

Approximately one year, and I did more jobs than a lot of people, but now I just do one or you see I went back. Hands were shaken.
