Character in the last panel of Kenny's is a character from the webcomic "Penny Arcade," which is the concept Buckley ripped off to start Ctrl+Alt+Del. In fact, Buckley ripped off the storyline styles of a few other webcomics putting his comic toghether.

Which would be fine, if he improved and expanded on any of it. Sadly, though, 90% of his comics are ripoffs that are nowhere near as good as the orignials.
