Flask, also, for the SF training Liam has, don't think Arnold in Commando. Think, say, Man vs wild. Knows how to parashute, use resources for survival, can spot helpful plants and sniper spots, etc. Realistic stuff. No knowing how to drive every vehicle or anything .xd

Yeah, my goal for this is to make it seem real, as if these poor souls had to actually try to survive a freaking zombie outbreak. I mean, there are no Rambos when the enemy is trying to eat you.

Goal:
Find source of outbreak and stop it?
Survival til the army arrives?

Kill all the zombies?

Will there be civilians?
Vehicles?
Other weapons?

Okay, sorry for not saying this before.

The goal of all these characters is to escape the city alive and get to the another part of the city (An island portion) that has been sealed off to the zombies. It is something of a safe haven. There might be one or two of your characters who just want to kill zombies, or are intent on rescuing others.

There will be many civilians still within the city. Some have barricaded themselves (relatively) safely inside buildings, some are out killing zombies, some of the police force may still be trying to save people, or some have just gone completely insane.

There will be no vehicles, as gas has run out. There may be things like bicycles scattered about.

There will be guns and such lying about, but what your characters will find and use depends completely on their situation, location, and need. They can't pick up a chainsaw and use it to cut a swathe through zombies until they escape the city. It's just not practical. They may use something like that out of desperation or bad judgement.

And not everyone knows how to use, say, a M16 automatically. Having knowledge in a 9mm means squat when you hold, and try to fire and steady an assault rifle.

Appearance (General looks and clothing, still applies to zombies): Black hair, brown eyes (bloodshot from deadness), 6'2, 240 lbs. Wearing a black t-shirt, baggy jeans, brown Converse sneakers (for sneaking up on people and eating them).
Current Location (This takes place in a fictional American city, such as "Raccoon City"): Red Light District
Background (A brief backstory and personality assesment): Before turning into a bloodthirsty zombie, Mick Steel was an aspiring filmmaker. He was born to a single mother who raised him and his little sister, Mackenzie. Mick was shooting on location in the Red Light District for his documentary, "America's Shame" when a zombie rushed the location and bit Mick. Luckily Mick was able to escape but he couldn't stop from becoming a zombie. Finally after barricading himself into his car in a parkade, he turned into a deranged zombie.

Background (A brief backstory and personality assesment): Before turning into a bloodthirsty zombie, Mick Steel was an aspiring filmmaker. He was born to a single mother who raised him and his little sister, Mackenzie. Mick was shooting on location in Cobson for his new indie film "Another Day" when his set was attacked by a horde of zombies that had recently moved into the area. Fortunately for Mick, he was able to get away although suffering from a zombie bite to his arm. Over a period of hours Mick turned into another zombie in a cave outside the town of Cobson.

Just so you know, this all takes place in a fictional city. So, this character is fine, but he will be placed in this city.

I remember another zombie roleplay, I did once.  It ended when we set plastic explosives to a wrecking ball and rammed the ball to where the zombies were coming from.That was awesome.
