I'm willing to be a seller for you. Keep in mind though, each seller can only send you 50 tech every 10 days, and if you want to make this deal with a single middle man, you're going to need someone who is willing to use all 4 of his aid slots (1 to receive your money, and 3 to send it to the 3 sellers).

edit: well, looking at the fact that you've just sent out the $3million to several other nations, I guess 10 days is the soonest you'll be able to get anything back, so I'll have your first batch of 50 tech at that point for you.
