I got part of this from a thread on the CN forums and then I figured out a few of the missing ones but there are still several missing so if you know what they are or want to try and find out please do and post it here.

I'm not 100% sure, but flag #31 belonged to an alliance of some sort. I don't remember who, but I remember seeing it on the CN forums a long time ago.

how do you get the alliance flag to be a custom flag on cn? could we put the ria flag there?
