It seems like you can't even bribe nations to trade with you anymore.  I keep trying, and trying, but I can't seem to get trades, even when I offer money.  Sigh

I asked a guy to join my alliance. He said he'll think about it. Then I told him he'll get a million dolllars. He said "WHERE DO I SIGN?!!?"

Joining an alliance is easy - just fill out an app, switch AA's, and then go about your merry way. But TRADING? Lord, my nation might grow slower!

Is it a good idea to offer money? What happens f you they take your money and then couple of weeks down the line cancel the trade?

I generally don't go that far, but really my trade partners are usually pretty good about it.  It's just finding new ones thats tough.
