I only heard of CN today (about 2 hours ago in fact) so I'm really just finding my feet.

Are there any golden rules/tips I should know??

Also what are the 'Hot Topics' in the RIA at the minute?

Thanks in advance for any help in 'getting me up to speed'

Buy as much infra as possible. Until yor citizens want something else. You'll know when they want something else.
