Heh, just got my first tech deal

With soccermagic004. He pays me three million, and I send him blocks of 50 tech each over the next 20 days. So I bought the 100 tech already and had 475k left, and noticed that O_O my nation strength doubled! Which really helps because I'm in a war now <_<

EDIT: Bah, just woke up. Please excuse the bad grammar.
