Just work out how much they would actually save you in soldier bills. Thay save me ~4700 per day while costing 3000 per day which makes them slightly worth it. You have a lot more soldiers than me so I'm guessing they might be good.

They're still not worth it even then from the perspective that you could get something that's almost pure profit, which will give you ever-increasing returns (like a Bank or Stadium) instead of wasting an improvement slot on a barracks.

Yeah, I'd loose 400k a day on them. Not sure it's worth it.
