yeah... *sweat drop* but it's the truth (sadly)   i also wanted to prove to myself that i could run 10 miles. i guess the m&m was an excuse to prove myself

10 miles?  I run that much in a week (but I've also got the bad habit of going out and drinking beer once and sometimes twice a week, so it's totally negated).

Just did 100 triangle pushups, and 100 squats. I'm working my way up to 150 next week, and then 200 by Christmas every night after work.

I'm glad I play football and baseball. Keeps me in shape all year long.

i keep in shape by doingh a sport every season: Cross Country(fall), then Basketball (winter), then Track( spring), then Softball (spring/summer), and Cross Country in the summer too. I wish i could play football... *sigh* atleast i'm better than the girls in my gym class    

oh yeah, i ran 4 miles today, and i wasn't tired! yay!! i'm happy  

ya my girlfriend is a freakin rediculous cross country runner. Made State and everything. She is always tellin me how she ran 3 miles today and im like awesome. I sat RIGHT here ALLLL day

Other than that I am lazy at home but i also do football, basketball, baseball. Then during the summer i race bikes

I am doing the Multiple Sclerosis Bike Tour with my dad. 15miles in 2 days. thats a fun one. I also, entered a couple races but i missed them because i got sick for one and i messed up my knee for the other.
