This is driving me Batshit Insane. Peter's (Punkthegun's) girlfriend worked it one out for me, and thats when it appeared there was more than one. dont ask me why she didnt get rid of the rest, i have no idea. anyways.

I have no idea how tog get rid of these. can some1 tell me hao?

Try to work it out while you're taking a warm/hot shower. I had a kink in my neck for a while once, and when I went to take a shower once morning it finally went away in one instant. Was a really painful instant, but after it was gone was really glad.
