What the silly guy said.

I am the ballot in your box
the oxet in your gun
that inner glow that lets you know to call your brothers son

the story that just begun
the promise of what's to come
and I will remain a soldier til' the war is won.

Rule of thumb:  If you need to ask, yes.  Otherwise, no.

Past a certain point, having 50 cruise missiles doesn't matter.  Until that point, it does matter.

RIA Cruise Missiles are to be ceremonially passed down from one generation to the next, then hoarded lovingly in a Cruise Missile vault, where we can visit them and remember our ancestors, the pioneers of cruise-missile-investments. It is a capitalist tradition.

LOL I'm kidding I'm not coming back to CN. >_>
