Arrested Developement is a really good show. Scrubs probably isn't the best, I it is really good.

Arrested Development was by far, IMO, the best show ever. It's like it combined all my favorite shows and ideas, and made a kick ass show.

Arrested Development was in Germany for like... 2 weeks? So I cannot say anything about it.

Scrubs is really funny, but it runs on TV on a really bad time.
