I'd stopped a few years ago but last year I've started up again. I want to quit, because I don't find it too much of an appealing habit. Why am I doing this? Not because of religion, but I want to prove to myself that I have the self-control to do it.

So I'm going to post in this topic with updates.

Well at least for me that's what happens. Then again, I haven't tried in a while so maybe since I'm quite a bit older it won't be an issue. I may be trying this soon too.

You're at a much higher risk of testicular cancer by not masturbating, because your organs grow stagnant and less-able to fight off disease.

Also, it can kill some of the cells that create semen, therefore making it less potent.
