I would become a vampire.
It would be so cool because they are extremely strong and fast. I wouldn't have to breath or eat (except for blood of course) since they're undead. And vampires are immortal. I wouldn't have to worry about missing anything. Plus, if I wanted someone to stay around with me (ie family and friends) I could turn them into vampires and then they could live forever too.

So what would you become?

Now, after putting a lot of thought into it (perhaps too much) I'd be a Satori. Its a creature from the mountain passes of Japan that can read people's minds. That's an awesome power. And after all, the mountains of Japan would be quite a picturesque place to live.

See, I was tempted to say vampire. But ever see the movie "Interview with a Vampire"? I think it'd be like that. Sure it would be fun for a century or two (haha) but then you would really come to realize that it is indeed a curse.

Heretic! We all know manbearpig is a real creature for serial. Please guys, I'm being super serial about manbearpig.

I'd probably be... I dunno. I think something that flies, breathes fire, and scaley would be pretty badass though. Man, think of the possibilities!

I like the sun too much to be a vampire. They're almost always pale motherfuckers. Plus the stake through the heart sucks balls too.

There are a lot of mythical creatures, but, inevitably, they all have some weakness. It would be fun to be a centaur, I suppose - running seriously fast over long distances, having people ride you , having an awesome mane and sleek coat... But there's the problem of jumping directly up, moving backwards, going down stairs etc.

Dragons are frikking awesome. Not only are you insanely intelligent, but you get to hoard loads of treasure for no reason other than you like the shinyness of it. Plus YOU CAN FLY! And BREATHE FIRE! And because you're coldblooded, you'd have to sunbathe a few hours a day to keep yourself in working order. The downside is the bastards trying to kill you all the time to make a name for themselves, or steal your treasure etc.

Aqrabuamelu are cool. I suppose the best of both worlds would be a male Campe (dragon/man/scorpion).

Those are bestial dragons. Generally, if dragons are atrributed the power of speech (which they often are), then they are tremendously intelligent. Films often prefer bestial dragons cos it's easier to kill something that fights like an animal. But in both European and Asian tradition, dragons are overwhelmingly intelligent, though for Asia, they were generally wise and benevolent, whereas for Europe, they were generally cunning and malevolent.
