hey guys:
my new nation (2 weeks) is called North Place and I need money (surprise).  I figured I could out-cheap all the older nations because I don't need as much to grow.  So, please PM me in-game about any pending tech deals.  I will be middle man for very cheap, only 50k or higher.  If you look at my tech level, you'll notice that it's so low tech is practically free for you.  So please PM thanks!
