If you buy a foreign ministry improvement you get an extra aid slot so you can do more tech deals. just fyi.

Just to let you guys know. The last of my foreign aid clears up 6th July. So I'll be starting 150 tech for 6 million. Because they're the "in" thing. I bet you guys are all jealous that 150 tech costs less than 3 million ^=^
