What Happened?

So anyhow, some weeaboos calling themselves Otaku Revolution announced their existence on CN Forums.  3 members total, and no mention of any treaties in the announcement topic.  Being an upstanding sort, I did my civic duty and immediately attacked the first one I could find in my range.  Then I hear they're a RIA protectorate, and was linked to a copy of a treaty on this board, even though I don't recall having seen such a treaty announced on either version of CN Forums (but to be honest, I might have missed it on the old one).  Also odd was that the text of the treaty never referred to "Otaku Revolution," just "OR."

But I held off after notification, and all but one 17NS member then changed AA's off it, so that's all cool.

The strange thing is that the topic on this board with the RIA/OR treaty has just vanished now.  It's just plain gone.

Some people are going to hate me for saying this, but so is the world.

We were going to sign the OR protectorate, but our HoFA posted it in the HQ (with signatures included for some reason...) without mentioning that it wasn't officially signed yet. A lot of our members thought that it was signed and typed angrily at us to intervene, when it wasn't actually signed yet. Lots of CockPony, but it seems that everything is kind of solved.
